Located inside the Waterloo Center for the Arts, the Café is especially convenient when visiting one of the Center's art galleries, attending a class/workshop, exploring the hands-on Phelps Youth Pavilion, or renting one of the Center's spaces for a meeting, family gathering, or special celebration.
