The Phelps Youth Pavilion is a proud member of the Association of Children's Museum's Reciprocal Membership Program - which gives our members at the Family Duo level and above free admission to hundreds of other museums across the world.
The Waterloo Center for the Arts also participates in the North American Reciprocal Membership Program - where members at the Family Duo Plus level and above can receive free admission to more than 350 museums across the US.

Membership Promotion

Sign up between November 15 - December 31, 2011 and receive 3 additional months free!
Already a member? Refer a friend to join and you’ll both receive 3 months added to your membership. Current members can refer up to 4 new members, giving them up to a full year of membership for FREE! * Current members can also renew their membership during this time period to receive the “3 months free” benefit, regardless of when their membership renewal date is!
Current Members! Here are a few tips & simple rules when recruiting:
1). The newly recruited member must not be a current Waterloo Center for the Arts member.
2). The new member must identify YOU - the referring member - in one of the following ways:
- For mailed and faxed enrollments: New members should write YOUR first and last name on the application form
- For phoned enrollments: New members should mention the YOUR first and last name
- In other words, the current member’s name must be provided at the same time the check or credit card number is received to qualify. We cannot apply credit if your name isn’t mentioned, so please be sure it is. We want everyone to benefit from their efforts!!
3). The limit for this promotion is four members, which would provide the referring member with a full year of membership for FREE! Your free months of membership will be added to your current expiration date (i.e. if your membership expires February 1, 2012, we will add 3 additional months to this date for each new member you recruit, up to 4 new members) at no charge.
4). You also have the option to donate your free months to the member of your choice, even the member you referred.
