Volunteer Opportunities
There is something for everyone at the Waterloo Center for the Arts and Phelps Youth Pavilion! Volunteers are needed to help in the galleries, handle admissions, assist at birthday parties and other programs, and to work in the gift store.

Scholarships
Friends of the Art Center and Community Foundation are announcing the competition for two art scholarships:
These two annual $1,000 tuition scholarships are available to any Black Hawk County graduating senior wishing to continue study of the visual arts at a university, community college, or art institute. Each scholarship student will receive $1000 toward his/her tuition. Administered by Waterloo Center for the Arts. 
2007 Raymond T. Forsberg Scholarship winner is awarded to Courtney Tovar of West High school (above left).
2007 Marilyn S. Hurley Scholarship winner is Callie Moline from East High school (above right). |
