CELEBRATING A LEGACY
This year the Waterloo Center for the Arts’ Holiday Arts Festival takes on a very special meaning as we celebrate the life of the man who began this tradition over 40 years ago. Clarence Alling, the former art director at the WCA, began this event as a way of bringing the arts to everyone. Believing as he did that making the arts accessible to the entire community was an important element in the mission of our organization. Alling died this past year leaving a rich legacy of his own artwork as well as the guiding principals by which we operate today.
Join us at the Holiday Arts Festival in a celebrating the arts and those incredible artists who bring so much joy and pleasure to our lives.

the festival. Bring your entire family for 1/2 price admission ($2.50/person) this weekend. Children must be accompanied
