Registration Information

Pre-registration is required for classes and workshops unless otherwise noted. Payment is due with registration. Registrations are not considered complete and spaces in programs cannot be held until payment is received.
Please register at least one week prior to the
first class session.

Payment
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa (do not send cash by mail). Should minimum enrollment not be met, class will be cancelled, participants will be notified and refunds will be sent.

If you withdraw from a class prior to the first session, you will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee. After the first session, 50% of the course fee is refundable. After the second session, no refunds will be given. Materials fees are non-refundable.

Waterloo Key Card holders may register for programs, classes and workshops for ½ price. Registrants must present their Key Card at time of registration. To inquire about eligibility you may call Operation Threshold at 235-6243.

Art Class Scholarships
If child or adult’s participation is dependent upon financial aid, please call (319) 291-4490. All requests will be held in confidence.

Friends of the Art Center
Members receive 15% discounts on class registration and purchases in the Gift Store. Call (319) 291-4490 for membership information.

Handicap Accessibility
The Waterloo Center for the Arts is handicapped accessible. If you require special assistance to participate in our programs, call (319) 291-4490.

Inclement Weather Policy
As Waterloo Community Schools cancel classes due to inclement weather so will Waterloo Center for the Arts. Tune into KWWL for up to date cancellation information. All cancelled classes will be rescheduled.
