Frosty the Snowman and Santa will be at the Waterloo Center for the Arts for breakfast, pictures, and crafts. Join them for waffles, sausages, and ice-cream for breakfast followed by a snowflake scavenger hunt in the Phelps Youth Pavilion!

*Includes same-day admission to Phelps Youth Pavilion. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
