Join us at the Waterloo Center for the Arts to ring in the blue year with live music for our HAPPY BLUE YEAR celebration with light snacks, cake (celebrating Bob & Carolyn’s 12th wedding anniversary), and a midnight champagne toast with Bob Dorr’s Iowa Music Revue! Doors open at 6PM and the event runs from 7PM – 12AM.
