CURRENT EXHIBITS
The Center collects Midwest Art, American Decorative Arts and International Folk Art, including
a significant collection of Mexican Folk Art and the worlds’ largest public collection of Haitian Art. Selections from our collection are always on display in one or several of our galleries at any given time. We also feature changing exhibits in five separate galleries throughout the building.

ECHOES OF KATHMANDU VALLEY
FREE ADMISSION
Artist Riva Nayaju presents a brief overview of Nepal and a Gallery Talk about her solo exhibition Echoes of Kathmandu Valley. Nayaju has also designed the exhibition postcards, catalogue, and wall graphics and promises a brief watercolor demonstration during the reception.

FLEUVE-REVOLUTION OF FREEDOM & FLOW
FREE ADMISSION
Presented in partnership with the Grinnell College Museum of Art, featuring guest curator Dr. Petrouchka Moise, an exhibition of Jacob Lawerence's The Life of Tousissant Louverture, a series of 15 screenprints dedicated to the life of the leader of the Haitian Revolution. These stunning and rarely shown works of art are paired with objects from the WCA Haitian art collection. Fleuve will consider the history and legacy of the Haitian Revolution as a framework to showcase the revolutions sparked by the difering styles, aesthetics, and art movements flowing from and through Haitian Artists.

3rd Thursdays: The PYP will be open from 10:00AM - 8:00PM on the 3rd Thursday of each month during the fall and winter season.
